The Conversation Group combines decades of diverse ministry experience with the art and skill of personal connection to provide you with accessible and credible mentorship opportunities rooted in Jesus Christ. Why? Because without meaningful conversations, relationships suffer and impact diminishes. The conversation is the relationship.

We're a small but mighty team of leaders, mentors, and friends led by Scott and Kim Lambert. With decades of ministry experience, we’ve engaged hundreds in powerful conversations that provide inspiration, foster connection, and bring glory to God. Nothing lights us up like helping people in positions of leadership thrive in the work God has called them to do, and we're on a mission to create space for safe, intentional mentoring relationships where conversations and accountability are welcomed and encouraged.
