We're a small but mighty team of leaders, mentors, and friends led by Scott and Kim Lambert. With over 40 years of ministry experience, we’ve engaged hundreds in powerful conversations that provide inspiration, foster connection, and bring glory to God. Nothing lights us up like helping people in positions of leadership thrive in the work God has called them to do, and we're on a mission to create space for safe, intentional mentoring relationships where conversations and accountability are welcomed and encouraged.
